Box Schemes

Beef

Beef is sold in either 13kg or 26kg boxes and although packs may vary slightly they will typically contain the following:

  • Steaks – filet, rump, sirloin
  • Roasting joints – topside and silverside
  • Slow roasting joints – brisket, fore and back rolled rib
  • Stewing steak/chuck steak
  • Shin of beef
  • Mince
  • (Ox tail, tongue and ox liver can be purchased on request)

The beef is supplied chilled and vacuumed packed and clearly labelled

Lamb

Lamb boxes contain the following:

  • Leg, shoulder and loin joints
  • Chops (Barnsley or single)
  • Boned and rolled breast of lamb
  • Kidneys
  • (Heart and lambs liver can be purchased on request)

When purchasing a box, please specify how you wish your whole or ½ lamb to be butchered – or give me a call to discuss if you require help!
